Jeff Wilhelm, president of Wilhelm Construction & Development, Inc. represented the third in that many generations of his family to become general contractors, when he started the business 18 years ago. Wilhelm Construction’s initial service line was building and remodeling custom homes throughout the Inland Empire, and performing renovation of fire-damaged homes for insurance companies. Since that time, the company has grown into a variety of other construction-related disciplines to diversify from its residential construction business base.

Following a decision to re-focus the company solely on the commercial sector, the past decade has seen an expansion of operations into office, retail, and warehouse construction; hotel, dining and entertainment venues; medical buildings, private educational institutions, and other commercial, industrial and institutional projects located throughout southern California. Wilhelm Construction has a demonstrable track record of success on commercial projects ranging from a few thousand to over 83,000 square feet, with contract values from less than $100,000 to over $2,500,000, and construction values of up to $20,000,000.
